About the speaker

Dr. Alexandr Osipian is a Ukrainian historian specialised in the history of trade and cultural transfer between the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He did his research at the George Washington University, Washington, DC (2012); Free University of Berlin (2020-2022). He served as a Visiting Professor at the Justus-Liebig-University Giessen (2018-2019).
