The program includes keynote lectures by Prof. Dan Hicks (Oxford University), Dr. Eva van Roekel (Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam), Prof. Ernst van Alphen (Leiden university) and curator and visual artist Marjan Teeuwen, and twenty-six thematic sessions engaging with emotions and affect in the fields of heritage, memory and material culture. Additionally, the organising committee is hosting a public lecture by Miranda Lakerveld of the World Opera Lab, on the evening of 4 July.
